Some call Thai Massage “yoga for the lazy” because many of its techniques resemble yoga asanas. Unlike individual yoga practice, however, your body can stay completely relaxed. It stretches, releases and brings into motion joints, muscles, tendons and treats all acupuncture lines (meridians), helping to dissolve long held blocks and pains that stand in the way of the free flow of energy and nutrients. Brings about a sense of lightness and flow. The Northern school is dynamic while fully respecting the movement possibilities/limitations of the receiver. Therefore, the treatment is not painful.
